Wear Sunscreen Every Day
Did you know that the sun can cause premature aging, age spots, and wrinkles,? Applying sunscreen is easily overlooked but is very crucial to a good skin care regimen. Whether it’s scorching hot outside or raining heavily, (the sun still emits harmful UV rays during rainy days), you need to apply sunscreen daily. We recommend a product that has an SPF (sun protection factor) of 15 or higher and offers UVA or UVB protection.
Keep Stress At Bay
Stress can not only affect your mental health but also your body. Cortisol, a hormone that triggers stress, can cause skin to become oilier, drier, and less firm.
